Meet the Staff at FFC Fencing
|
Chuck Huseman started FFC over 35 years ago. He grew up in Lowell, IN and graduated from Lowell High School. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Agriculture Education, with a minor in Communication.
Chuck taught Vocational Agriculture at Lowell High School and Hebron High School. He has served on the local school board and also as a media contact for the Indiana Beef Cattle Association. He is also active in the American Fence Association, and supports many local organizations that help youth become productive and responsible adults. Chuck introduced the concept of PVC fencing to the Northwest Indiana market and continues to explore the industry for new and innovative products.
Chuck’s interests include raising purebred Angus cattle, following Purdue University athletics, training good dogs, and developing businesses. Chuck and his wife Marsha live on a cattle farm near Cedar Lake, IN. Their family consists of son Mike and his wife Carmel, and son Joe.

Deirdre Ham has been with FFC for 16 years. She grew up in St John, IN and graduated from Lake Central High School. She has received extensive training in Bookkeeping, Finance, and Budgeting. She has also received certification in the use of QuickBooks software.
Deirdre is the pleasant voice that you hear when calling FFC, as well as the person responsible for all day to day paperwork, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and office administration.
Deirdre’s hobbies include cooking, biking and playing the piano. She lives in Lowell, IN with her husband David.: together they have 4 children and 6 grand children.

Richard Evans has been with FFC for 18 years. He grew up in Akaroa, New Zealand. He graduated from Rangiora High School and attended Christchurch Technical Institute where he was trained as a machinist.
Richard has been certified as a Trained Product Specialist by receiving his Fence Pro Certificate from Polyvinyl Fence Systems. He is also a certified underwater welder, and highly skilled in design and fabrication.
Richard has worked as a machinist, pipe fitter, sheep farmer, and a salmon farmer. He is FFC’s expert in livestock fencing, having built hundreds of miles of it on two continents.
Richard enjoys skiing, scuba diving, hunting, and playing the guitar. He has also traveled extensively in Australia, Canada, Europe, England, Scotland, and Ireland. Richard lives in Hebron, IN with his wife Christine Alesworth and their two sons, Ian and Joel Evans.

Joe Hill has been a member of the FFC team for two
years. He grew up in Brook, IN and later moved to
Lowell, where he graduated from Lowell High School.
He is certified in Confined Space Safety and prior to coming to FFC he was a foremen on high voltage substation construction projects for 10 years.
Joe has received his Fence Pro Certificate and is recognized as a Trained Product Specialist by Polyvinyl
Fence Systems.
Joe's hobbies include following local sports teams, playing pool and getting into an occasional card game. Joe lives in Shelby, IN with his wife Amanda, and their 10 month old daughter Preslee

Todd Tully has been with FFC for eight years. He grew up in Lowell, IN and graduated from Lowell High
School. He attended Purdue Calumet where he studied
Conservation & Wildlife Management.
Todd has been certified as a Trained Product Specialist
by receiving his Fence Pro Certificate from Polyvinyl
Fence Systems. He has considerable experience in
Livestock Fencing, along with his expertise in residential
fencing.
Todd’s hobbies include working on cars, riding 4
wheelers, pitching horseshoes, and hanging out with
his 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Todd and his wife Jamie live in Lake Village, IN.

Joe Huseman has been a member of the FFC team for 11 years. He grew up in Lowell, IN and graduated from Lowell High School. He attended St Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN where he majored in Finance and Economics.
Joe worked at FFC as an installer for 3 years and a crew foreman for 2 years prior to assuming his present position. He has received his Fence Pro Certificate and is recognized as a Trained Product Specialist by Polyvinyl Fence Systems. He has also attended many training seminars in the areas of sales, finance and business management. Joe is also the head of FFC Industries, a division of FFC that specializes in the marketing of Clean Burn used oil furnaces.
Joe’s hobbies include playing in various basketball leagues, training his dog Tyson, and investment research. Joe and his girlfriend, Ashley Bell, live in Cedar Lake, IN..

Rob Walworth has been with FFC for two years. He
grew up in Grand Rapids, MI and attended East Kentwood
High School. He graduated from Western Michigan
University in 2005 with a degree in Business Management.
At WMU Rob was a member of the WMU
Water Ski Team for 4 years, and team captain in his
senior year.
Rob has had 2 years of formal residential construction
training. He was previously a site foreman for a home
improvement company in Kalamazoo, MI.
Robs hobbies are golf, tennis, hiking and skiing.
Rob’s family, back in Michigan, consists of his parents,
Tom and Betty and one sister; Stacey. He now lives
with his dog Bandit in Cedar Lake, IN.

Keith Buikema has been with FFC for 2 years. He grew up in
Cedar Lake, IN and graduated from Hanover Central High
School. He graduated from Purdue University where he majored
in Business Administration.
Keith has received his Fence Pro Certificate and is recognized
as a Trained Product Specialist by Polyvinyl Fence Systems.
He also recently completed training at the Tulsa Oklahoma
Technology Center provided by the American Fence Association
in gate operator installation and maintenance. The completion
of this training earned him the designation of Certified Automated
Gate Operator Installer, making him one of only 70 people
in the USA to hold this title.
Keith lives in Cedar Lake, IN. His hobbies include playing basketball,
hunting and fishing.

Jaime is the newest team member at FFC Fencing. She grew up in Lowell, IN and Graduated from Lowell High School. She also has a degree from Davenport University in Business Management.
Jaime is FFC’s Office Assistant You will most likely be kindly greeted by her if you call or visit our showroom. She assists the office staff with day to day duties and is always wearing a smile.
Jaime has two young children, Connor who is 6 and Carson who is 2. Together they live in Lowell and love going to the park and staying active. Jaime’s favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends.

FFC Fencing Co. is happy to welcome Calvin Grieshaber as our 2010 summer intern. We are pleased to have again qualified to participate in the Interns for Indiana program (IfI) at Purdue University. This program is funded through the Lilly Endowment, and seeks innovative ways to keep Indiana's college graduates in Indiana. By placing high quality student interns with progressive companies, Purdue hopes to accelerate company growth, while providing students with valuable educational experiences.
Calvin grew up in Thorntown, IN. He graduated from Western Boone High School and is currently a senior at Purdue University where he is majoring in Animal Agribusiness. Calvin is involved with the “MBA” program with the National Cattleman’s Beef Association and has been involved in raising and showing beef cattle for most of his life.
Calvin’s hobbies include fishing, watching sports, and playing basketball. He also enjoys caring for the animals on his family’s small farm.
